Yes — every video we produce is 4K regardless of which plan you are on. We do not gate resolution behind premium tiers. 4K output is the standard, not an upgrade.

You can upload between 5 and 50 photos per listing. The optimal range is 22–30 photos for most properties — that's enough to showcase every key space without overwhelming the viewer. The video itself uses the best 12–15 photos selected by our AI. Photos must be JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or WebP format, up to 30MB per file. Landscape orientation is required for staging eligibility.

One listing equals one property. Each listing includes all formats simultaneously — 16:9 horizontal for MLS, Zillow, and YouTube, plus 9:16 vertical for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and Stories. You are charged per property, not per format.

Credits bank up to 2x your monthly plan limit. Starter subscribers can hold up to 10 banked credits, Growth up to 30, and Pro up to 100. There is no time limit on banked credits — they never expire within your plan cap. Use them whenever you have listings.

Virtual staging uses AI to place premium furniture into empty rooms, transforming vacant spaces into aspirational homes buyers connect with emotionally. It is available as an optional add-on at $5 per vacant room. After you upload your photos, our system identifies empty rooms and presents them for staging selection — you choose which rooms to stage before checkout. Furnished rooms are never staged and receive enhancement only. Staging style is automatically matched to the property classification: modern homes receive contemporary pieces, traditional homes receive classic transitional furniture. All staged imagery includes an AI disclosure label for MLS compliance.

Living rooms, dining rooms, master and secondary bedrooms, home offices, and covered outdoor living spaces produce excellent results. These rooms have clear floor planes and wall boundaries that the AI reads accurately. Kitchens and bathrooms cannot be staged — fixed elements like cabinetry and fixtures prevent realistic furniture placement. Garages, utility rooms, laundry rooms, and irregularly shaped spaces are also excluded from staging. If a room type is not eligible, it will not appear as a staging option at checkout.

Staging requires specific photo conditions to produce professional results:

The room must be completely empty — no existing furniture, boxes, cleaning equipment, or personal items visible anywhere in the frame.

Photos must be landscape orientation only — portrait orientation is not accepted for staging.

The shot must be taken from a standing-height position showing at least two full walls and a clear floor plane. Corner shots showing three walls produce the best results.

Lighting must be even and professional — natural window light or professional flash. Dark rooms, harsh shadows cutting across the floor, or mixed color temperature lighting reduce staging accuracy significantly.

Minimum resolution of 3 megapixels per photo. Phone photos taken in low light are not recommended for staging.

No fisheye, 360-degree, or extreme wide-angle distortion. Standard real estate wide-angle lenses at 16–24mm equivalent are ideal.

Photos that do not meet these requirements will be flagged before checkout and excluded from staging. Standard video enhancement still applies to all photos regardless of staging eligibility.

It is important to understand what staging cannot change. Virtual staging does not remove existing furniture from occupied rooms — the room must already be empty. It does not alter flooring, paint color, wall finishes, light fixtures, or any architectural element. It does not add wall art, plants, rugs, decorative objects, or accessories in the current version. It does not guarantee that staged furniture would physically fit through doorways or comply with real-world spatial constraints — staged imagery is for visual presentation only. Furniture shown is AI-generated and does not represent real purchasable products. All staged content must be disclosed as virtually staged wherever it appears in listing marketing materials, consistent with NAR guidelines and most MLS rules.

Yes. Growth and Pro plans include white-label branding — your logo, brand colors, and contact information appear in the first and last 15 seconds of every video. Upload your brand once and it is applied automatically to every future video. Photographers can resell fully branded videos to their clients at any price.

Yes. Every delivery includes an unbranded MLS link and a Zillow Showcase-compatible export. We include step-by-step upload instructions for Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com with every order so your video appears on every major platform within minutes of delivery.

Every video receives a unique, royalty-free instrumental track generated specifically for that property — created in the moment, not pulled from a library. Each track is cleared for commercial use on all platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and all MLS-syndicated sites. No copyright strikes, no licensing fees.

Yes. Your first video is completely free with no credit card required. We generate a full 4K video so you can evaluate the quality before committing to anything. Virtual staging is available as a paid add-on on subsequent orders.

Every order includes two complimentary regenerations. Use the regeneration link in your delivery email and describe specifically what needs fixing — your description directly improves the result. Be as precise as possible: "The living room staging looks too contemporary for this traditional home" produces a much better second attempt than "it looks wrong." Most regenerations complete within a few hours.
